Entry costs in KL are no longer a rounding error. A foreign buyer pays 8% stamp duty on any transfer executed from 1 January 2026, so a RM 2,500,000 KLCC unit carries RM 200,000 in duty before legal fees or a single ringgit of furnishing. These calculators use the 2026 rates and the same asking prices as our listings.
